    3月13日下午3時，十一屆全國人大三次會議新聞中心在梅地亞中心多功能廳舉行主題為“中國高速鐵路建設發展”的集體採訪。鐵道部副部長王志國、鐵道部總經濟師余邦利，鐵道部總工程師何華武，鐵道部總規劃師鄭健和鐵道部副總工程師兼運輸局局長張曙光，將出席集體採訪並回答問題。歡迎持有兩會記者證的中外媒體記者參加。
